“I highly recommend this series. You really can’t go wrong, it has everything you need in a book and more – 5+ Stars to this amazing series and to this book!” – Alpha Book Club
“Overall, this has become one of my favorite series…” – Reading Addict Mom’s Blog
“N.R.Walker read my mind and soul and gave me Spencer Cohen. I’m giving my second beyond five stars rating of the year, and I rarely do that ever.” – The Written Voice of Is
If you read my reviews of other NR Walker books, you’re going to see a recurring theme but this woman really just opens my heart, sees what’s in it and writes books straight to it. No one can make me grin like a complete fool in one minute and reduce me to a sobbing mess in the next like Ms. Walker can. If you cried at the end of book 1 with Spencer, you’ll need tissues again. But this book is absolutely perfect and I found myself with a goofy grin on my face throughout most of it. And no matter how slowly I read her books so I can savor them, they never last long enough. I never want them to end.
Spencer had a bit of a rough go in this book but also had some amazing times. His healing continued, his confidence grew and he really showed us how amazing he is. His job, which was an area of contention for me was handled perfectly. He is adorably entertaining again…his banter with not only Andrew but all his friends, really made me full-on smile.
And Spencer isn’t the only amazing man in this book…Andrew is damn near perfect in this book. His rambling rants are absolutely adorable. His bossy, take over personality is as appealing as it is hot. He still lacked a bit of self-confidence in this story which is baffling when bossy Andrew also takes over at times. He is Spencer’s healer, caregiver, soulmate and his love.
These two are simply perfect.
The supporting cast was awesome again. I don’t want this series to be over and I’ll have to read it over and over again to keep it alive.
Needless to say (but I will anyway), this is an absolute must read book and series.
N.R. Walker is an Australian author, who loves her genre of gay romance.
