Release Blitz including Review – My Personal Bad Boy by Bethany James

Title: My Personal Bad Boy
Author: Bethany James
Release Date: Sept 30, 2016
I’m searching for wingman or woman. I’m seeking corruption and I want you to be my guide. I’m average, from my average height, to my average weight, to my average hair and my average clothes. I spent New Year’s babysitting when I wanted to be anywhere else.
I want a tattoo or maybe a piercing. I want to kiss a girl and have a one-night stand, not necessarily in that order. I’m not a virgin but I may as well be. I want to experiment and gain experience. I’m sick of being the wallflower. I want to be so confident with myself and my sexuality that when I walk into a room head’s turn. Most of all, I want to live.

Ok. Seriously, wth did I just read? That was a crazy awesome salacious book.

From the blurb, I didn’t get the full impact of what I was going to read. Holy hell. I felt like a voyeur the whole time. This is my first book by this author. Had I done a little research, I would have picked up on the fact Bethany James writes short, really naughty books

Nic places an ad for help exploring her sexuality. Personal bad boy, Wes, answers it. I’m guessing they are in their early twenties but their ages were never revealed. Wes and Nic’s chemistry was off the charts. He pushed her boundaries and introduced her to many types of sex. No spoilers, but the story gets very interesting.

She responds eagerly to every one of his challenges. You really don’t have to suspend disbelief, but I was still surprised at how she responded. But, she placed the ad, obviously she was up for it.

Dual POVs were awesome. Wes was awesome. I’m thinking I need to place my own ad.

Side note. I questioned whether or not I was reading a romance or a quick and dirty adventure book. All I will say is there is an HEA.

Bethany James was born and raised Florida, currently residing in Tampa. When she isn’t writing you can most likely find her with her nose buried in a book.
