The vocal performer is pretty good…I’m really picky so I don’t usually love every performance. He had some good emotion and characterization.
This is my first book by this author. It’s a good start to the series but it was way too short for the type of relationship they’re entering into…I need more build-up and discussion around contract before they started the relationship. I wanted to see more of them together in their day-to-day life since Wyatt wanted a full-time Dom. I liked the quick glances we got when Wyatt was in the office and when they were in his or Garrett’s houses. I know there is a little bit of history between them, but they seemed to fall prey to insta-love.
I loved Garrett’s strength and sweetness. He is good at reading and meeting Wyatt’s needs. Even though he’s never had a full-time, round the clock sub I think he’ll be great for Wyatt. Wyatt is adorable in his clumsiness and nervousness. His need for obedience and servitude is quite endearing. He and Garrett will be fantastic together and I hope we see more of them in future books in this series.
There was quite a bit of setup for the series which is another reason I would have liked more to the story. The supporting cast is great and I’m anxious to read the rest of the series.
