Book blurb

Once upon a time, a group of authors wondered… What if the Heart2Heart app — the dating app with a glitch that matched up the oddest, most perfect couples, and sponsored the charity date raffles that helped dozens of people find love — offered a classifieds section, too?

Need a handyman who knows how to wear a tool belt? Have a closet of drag costumes that needs a new home? How about finally tracking down that guy who made the perfect drink, or who’s just the right height to reach the top shelf?

Join some of your favorite authors of gay romance as they bring you sixteen brand-new stories inspired by reader suggestions!

Once again, all proceeds from this collection will go to the authors’ favorite LGBTQ charities, to ensure that love in all its forms will be celebrated and protected every single day of the year!

4 of 5 Stars Overall

I didn’t read each story – I’m not familiar with each author and just read those I am familiar with. I may go back at some point and read those I missed as anthologies can be a good way to get a taste of an author’s work but aren’t always a fair way to judge what they can do.

The Date – Annabeth Albert – 4 Stars
Marine and a shy, awkward, nerdy foodie meet for a surprise dinner date for a food blog. This is predictable but cute.

The Family Reunion – K.M. Neuhold – 4 Stars
I loved both the characters in this one and their opposite outlooks on life. Roman living life to its fullest and Lawrence studying all the time and never living. There’s a bit of heaviness with Roman’s family baggage but it’s mended quickly. My only complaint is the abrupt ending.

The Last Drop – Layla Reyne – 3.5 Stars
For those of you that have read Ms. Reyne’s Dine With Me (DWM), you’ll have a bit of a spoiler for this one as the main characters are Greg (Miller’s best friend, who makes an appearance) and Tony. Greg is a side character in DWM and we know the outcome of his meeting Tony from that book. This is a prequel to that story. There is a lot about food and drinks in this book too…just like dine with me. It’s cute and there is a lot of passion between Greg and Tony. Thankfully this is a novella, so we get to the passion quickly.

The Dog Walker – Lily Morton – 4.5 Stars
This is a May to December romance; heavy on the feels and true to a couple other books I’ve read by Ms. Morton chock full of family drama and sadness. Both characters are surprisingly complex and perfect for each other. I would love to read a full version of this story!

Those are all the stories I read. There’s definitely someone for everyone, this is only available for a limited time and it’s for charity. You have no excuse not to get it today!

Susan Hawke

Susan HawkeAs an avid reader and big romance fan myself, I love sharing the stories of the different people who live in my imagination. My stories are filled with humor, a few tears, and the underlying message to not give up hope, even in the darkest of times, because life can change on a dime when you least expect it. This theme comes from a lifetime of lessons learned on my own hard journey through the pains of poverty, the loss of more loved ones than I’d care to count, and the struggles of living through chronic illnesses.

Sloane KennedyAlthough Sloane Kennedy always dreamed of being a writer as a teenager, she didn’t take the plunge until 2015 when she released her first novel. Since then, she has released nearly 30 books including the Amazon best-selling “Pelican Bay” and “Protectors” series. While she initially began writing M/F romance, she found her true passion writing gay romance and nearly all of her most recent releases reached the #1 spot on Amazon’s Gay Romance bestseller list and several have made it to Amazon’s overall bestseller list. Sloane was born in Germany but grew up in the U.S. and although she currently lives in Wisconsin, the place where she has always felt most at home is Seattle and many of her books take place in the Emerald city. When not writing, a menagerie of 2 dogs, 3 cats and 2 horses takes up what little time she has left in the day!

Lucy Lennox

Lucy LennoxAfter enjoying creative writing as a child, Lucy didn’t write her first novel until she was over 40 years old. Her debut novel, Borrowing Blue, was published in the autumn of 2016. Lucy has an English Literature degree from Vanderbilt University, but that doesn’t hold a candle to the years and years of staying up all night reading tantalizing novels on her own. She has three children, plays tennis, and hates folding laundry. While her husband is no shmoopy romance hero, he is very good at math, cooks a mean lasagne, has gorgeous eyes, looks hot in his business clothes, and makes her laugh every single day.

Lucy hopes you enjoy sexy heroes as much as she does. Happy reading!

K.M. Neuhold

No photo description available.K.M. Neuhold is a complete romance junkie, a total sap in every way. She started her journey as an author in new adult, straight romance, but after a chance reading of an MM book she was completely hooked on everything about lovely- and sometimes damaged- men finding their Happily Ever After together.

She has a strong passion for writing characters with a lot of heart and soul, and a bit of humor as well. And she fully admits that her OCD tendencies of making sure every side character has a full backstory will likely always lead to every book having a spin-off or series.

When she’s not writing, she’s a lion tamer, an astronaut, and a superhero…just kidding, she’s likely watching Netflix and snuggling with her husky, Lola, while her amazing husband brings her coffee.

Piper Scott (writing as Emma Alcott)

Piper ScottPiper Scott debuted as a trio of authors looking to write together for fun. Their collaboration led to three novella-length books (Love Me, Save Me, and Keep Me,) before life sent them in different directions, leaving just one author with an omegaverse plot bunny that wouldn’t leave her alone. Obey was born several months later, but the plot bunny never left—it multiplied.

Left to her own devices, Piper Scott writes scorching but heartfelt contemporary omegaverse romance about men you can’t help but fall in love with.

Damon Suede

Damon SuedeDamon Suede grew up out-n-proud deep in the anus of right-wing America, and escaped as soon as it was legal. He has lived all over and along the way, he’s earned his crust as a model, a messenger, a promoter, a programmer, a sculptor, a singer, a stripper, a bookkeeper, a bartender, a techie, a teacher, a director… but writing has ever been his bread and butter. He has been happily partnered for over a decade with the most loving, handsome, shrewd, hilarious, noble man to walk this planet.

Though new to gay romance, Damon is an award-winning author who has been writing for print, stage, and screen for two decades, which is both more and less glamorous than you might imagine.
