Blurb:

I’m that teenaged girl who has MS. You haven’t met me, but you’ve seen me around. You probably know my sister. We’re twins, and she’s the pretty one. Maybe you’ve heard about my reputation, how much I like to hook up at parties—how easy it is to get me in bed, get what you want, and forget about me after.Forget what you think you know. I’m leaving that girl behind.

College is all about new beginnings. So from now on—I’m just Cass. And the rest…it isn’t written yet. And no one else gets to write my story for me.

——–
“Tyson Preeter doesn’t do can’t.”

That’s exactly what I want people to think when they see me. I am strong, invincible, confident, intelligent—arrogant. I’m the man who always finds a way around, over and through—until there’s nothing left. Since losing my ability to walk six years ago, I’ve relearned life. I don’t need sympathy. I don’t want charity. And I don’t do love.

It’s better this way, saves my disappointments for me, and me alone, and it saves my strength for everything I want.

But Cass Owens is about to wreck everything. She’s about to steal all of my strength away from me, because she needs it more. She’s about to break all of my rules, and break down all of my walls. She’s about to own me…completely.

And I’m about to let her.

*This is book 2 in The Falling Series.

YM’s Review:

Ginger Scott is everything!!!
I am seriously IN love with this lady! She is SO talented! Her writing is SO poignant!
We have the flip side of This is Falling. Each book is a standalone, although the story is kind of running at the same time. The story has to to with Tyson, Nate’s brother, (the one in the wheelchair) and Cass, Rowe’s roommate. We get a glimpse at their story.
I just loved everything about the characters and the story. The story could have taken a woe is me, life is so hard tone, but I just found myself cheering for Cass’ determination and her fight. This girl was such a fighter! I want her to be my friend, AND an inspiration to my daughters. She was a soccer player, which made her even more special to me! She’s just a badass! Tyson, Tyson, Tyson! Ok, so seriously, a guy in a wheelchair that’s sexy, has strong arm and core muscles, who KNOWS how good he is in bed?! Is there a catalog I can order him from. S’rsly?! After reading his struggle, it just made him that much more impressive.
I can’t even express the feelings this book evoked. I really appreciate how Ginger Scott brings about difficult subjects and just manages to weave a beautiful story! Loved it!

Christina’s Review:
You and Everything After (Falling, #2)You and Everything After by Ginger Scott

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

let me start this review with a little full disclosure. i love ginger scott. like seriously love her. this review is gonna be a bit of the mushy fussy fuss about her because i think she could write a dissertation on watching burnt sienna paint dry and i’d love every word. if you have not read this series or any other books by ginger, you need to. like right now. drop what you’re doing and read them now.

the writing is phenomenal as always. as i read i totally have a little smirk on my face because i just love her writing so much.

i absolutely loved this book although i have to say that this is falling is still my favorite of the two. nathan preeter is really hard to beat. tyson preeter is pretty amazing though. i love that his character, while strong, is still vulnerable and still has anger issues over his situation. his character is just so real. he loves life but still isn’t completely whole. until he meets cass. and it takes him a while to realize that but when he does, he totally gets it. the banter between he and nate is so fun as is the banter between he and cass. they are definitely people you want to be around.

cass is such a great character. while she has overcome so much she still lacks complete confidence in herself. and she doesn’t realize just how much of her she is missing until ty helps her realize just what she’s missing. not only does his confidence in her make her stronger, it helps her love herself again.

ms. scott has a tall order to fill to make book 3 just as good as the first 2 in this series without a preeter brother taking the lead. i’m on the edge of my seat. waiting. ms. scott.
