Ramey’s world is shattered when his brother dies suddenly. He tries to go through the motions, day by agonizing day, doing the best that he can at his job, but it’s not enough. Months of depression escalates into alcohol use and drug abuse to numb the pain. For the past year, he’s been dreading meeting with his lawyer and accepting his brother’s death. The pain becomes too much to bear and Ramey is caught with cocaine at work and fired immediately. When he hits rock bottom, he realizes that he’s disrespecting his brother’s memory and checks himself into rehab with the help of an unlikely friend.
Londyn’s life is perfect living as a wolf Shifter in the Pack Lands. He’s been working in the family business and happy living in his cabin in the woods. Londyn has high expectations for the perfect mate to make his life complete.
Can Ramey accept his destiny as a Shifter’s mate? And is his love for the wolf Shifter worth leaving behind the demons and the only world he’s ever known?

Excerpt:
“It pleases me that you want to see my wolf so bad. Have a seat on that fallen log by the fire and watch the master at work.” Ramey took a seat as instructed and watched Londyn prepare for his shift. Londyn removed his clothing piece by maddening piece. It was a slow strip tease set to the music of the forest and Ramey swore all the blood left his body and pooled into his cock. Londyn’s body was absolutely lickable. He had definition in his lean muscles, his chest was smooth and hairless with pale pink nipples that Ramey couldn’t help but drool over. His back and legs had corded muscles and fine blond hair covered his legs and groin. Except for a few old scars, the man didn’t have a mark on him. No blemishes, birthmarks or tattoos and given his age it was odd that he didn’t have at least one. Ramey had never been with a man who didn’t have any ink. And the ass on his boyfriend. He had won the lottery ten times over. He had to sit on his hands to keep from reaching out and when he turned around, he caught Ramey ogling his mate.
“Hey, eyes are up here, sir.”
“I’m sorry, it’s just that—”
“Nah, just messing with you. I like your eyes on me.” Londyn’s own blues were dark with heat proving that Londyn was just as turned on as Ramey was by the show. It wasn’t just Londyn’s eyes giving away his arousal either.

About the author:
Tina is a retired Air Force brat and has lived in several states as well as a handful of countries. She has always had a soft spot for literature and is a voracious reader. When she isn’t writing, she can be found cuddled up with a good book. Though Tina adores a thrilling novel with sappy lovesick heroes, she is terrified of things that go bump in the night. This makes for quite a complicated relationship with zombies, something that she just can’t get enough of.
Q&A with Tina
Q: Since you’ve lived in multiple US states and countries, which is your favorite and why? Do you speak multiple languages and if so, which languages and which of those is your favorite?
A: This might be a biased answer but I love areas that are warm. I’m half Thai so I’m partial to the hot weather and I love that I have family in California who I can visit whenever I need a nice dose of beautiful weather. Some of my favorite US cities are San Diego for the warm weather, Seattle for the seafood, and Boston for the culture and history. One of my favorite places to live was in Okinawa and I also love to visit Pattaya in southern Thailand.
I learned English, German, Thai, and Japanese during my early formative years but lost most of those as I grew older. When I lived in Thailand as a teen, I had a private tutor and I can read and write at a very basic level. I love the sound of the language and can understand much more than I can speak. I like to answer in English when my mom talks to me in Thai and my sister and I have our own language mixing up languages from all over the world.
Q: Have you ever thought about writing non-paranormal romance story or do you think you will always stick with PNR?
A: I’ve been working on a manuscript that is more contemporary. At the beginning, I tried looking for a paranormal twist to insert since I have several ideas and story threads that I’ like to pursue but this story was perfect without a twist. For a time, it almost had a panther shifter, but I think I’ll leave it like it is and see what the readers think. One of my betas is pushing me to release it soon.
Q: I see you are going to GRL this year and are a supporting author. Is this your first time to attend and what are you most looking forward to? Any authors you really want to meet there?
A: Ah, I’m so excited to attend GRL in San Diego! My favorite conference with amazing people in an amazing city – what more can a girl ask for? This is my first attendance as a supporting author and I am thrilled to have the honor. A few years ago, I had the opportunity to drive out for a day of Romantic Times just to meet Damon Suede. He exceeded everything I thought an author should be and spent the afternoon and evening introducing me to authors and talking shop. I loved it. This was before I published my first novel and it was like I was at the ball. He told me about GRL and I was able to go to Atlanta the next year. It was more than I had hoped for and Chicago was even more wonderful. This year, I can’t wait to reconnect with old friends and meet new ones. I’m most looking forward to conversations and laughter. Anyone who wants to do one or both with me is welcome!
Q: Which of your Shifting Paradigm characters is your favorite? Which was the hardest to write? Which was the most ornery?
A: My favorite character is Jason. He told me his story within two weeks’ time once I had the opportunity to sit down and write. I’d never had a character submerse me in a world so quickly and completely and I’ve never regretted it. His entire story with Eric was on paper so fast except for the love scene. That came to me at four in the morning when I had houseguests. I recall lying in bed typing out the scene on my iPhone notes app.
The hardest character to write was Ramey in Shifting Cargo. When we first meet him in Shifting Gears, he’s a complete ass and when the story wrapped up I needed to know more about him. I wanted to know why he acted out the way he did and why he was hell-bent on self-destruction. I had my work cut out for me to redeem his character in a short story after we grew to hate him so much in a previous story.
The most ornery character is Nathaniel from Shifting Gears. I’m writing his story right now and he’s such a smart ass, probably more like me than I’d like to admit.
Q: What is your favorite shifter story?
By far, the American Werewolf in London so I had to do a nod in Shifting Weight to this fabulous story. Blood and Chocolate is another favorite story. In fact, I should pop that movie into the DVD player right now!
